Alzeerah Group Investment Company established its Client Complaints Unit with the objective of addressing and resolving complaints received from clients in a timely manner. Due to the importance of handling complaints, Alzeerah Group Investment Company has ensured the independency of the Complaints Unit by handling the client complaints through the Compliance Officer of Alzeerah Group Investment Company. 

How to Submit a complaint?

To help us address your concerns quickly and effectively, you can download the ‘Complaint Form’ from the link below, or obtain printed forms available at our Client Complaints Unit on the Tower 13th Floor Khalid Ben Al Waleed St, Sharq, Shamiya PO Box 12466 Bahrain City,71655 Bahrain. When completing the form, please fill in all the required information, sign and submit along with all supporting documents (If Any). You can address your complaint to the Head of the Client Complaints Unit and deliver the form to Alzeerah Group Investment Company either by:

 

  • Hand delivery to “Complaint Unit” located at Tower 13th Floor Khalid Ben Al Waleed St, Sharq, Shamiya PO Box 12466 Bahrain City,71655 Bahrain.

  • Courier/post to “Head of Complaint Unit” at PO Box 12466 Bahrain City,71655 Bahrain.

  • Email to the “Alzeerah Group Investment Company Complaint Unit" at info@alzeerahgroupinvestment.com

  • Dropping it at the Complaints Box located at Tower 13th Floor Khalid Ben Al Waleed St, Sharq, Shamiya PO Box 12466 Bahrain City,71655 Bahrain.
